Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of communications and services provided by Congregation Zichron Binyamin (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Congregation”).

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By separately opting in to receive text messages from Congregation Zichron Binyamin, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages at the mobile telephone number you provided. Messages may include congregational announcements, prayer schedules, Torah learning information, event information, reminders, community updates, administrative information, and other communications for which you have provided consent. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership, participation, purchase, donation, or receiving services from the Congregation.

Opting Out

You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Congregation Zichron Binyamin.

After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages unless you separately provide consent again.

No Sale or Transfer of SMS Consent

Your consent to receive text messages from Congregation Zichron Binyamin is specific to Congregation Zichron Binyamin.

We do not sell, rent, or transfer your mobile telephone number or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Use of Services

You agree to use the Congregation's website, forms, and services for lawful purposes and not to interfere with or attempt to compromise the operation or security of those services.
